SC ConnectHouse Limited (SCC) was incorporated in July 2007 as a special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to operate the Interconnect Exchange License granted to SOLID Interconnectivity Services Limited, by setting up and deploying all the equipment for interconnect calls and Data termination services to all the Major Network Operators (MNOs) in Nigeria.

Meet Our Directors

Mohammed Bashir Ahmed

An entrepreneur involved in various sectors of the economy. He is the current chairman of Garki Microfinance Bank Ltd, and Executive Director of Metshade Ltd – a property development company engaged in the development of Mabushi Ultra-Modern Market and a Director of Silvercross Surgical Services Limited.

Abiodun S. Taiwo

Started his career as a banker where he rose to the position of an Assistant General Manager in the defunct Intercontinental Bank Plc and Managing Director of its subsidiary, Intercontinental Finance and Investment Ltd. While in the bank, he cultivated, midwifed and managed over 43 SME investments of the bank. He also has investment in Real Estate development and oversees the market development project in a PPP arrangement with the government of Osun state in Nigeria

Suleiman Abubakar

A successful Real Estate Developer and Manager with experience spanning over three decades. He seats on the board of many other companies, including Nigeria Bottling Company and Imani Group. He had his first degree in Management from Eckert College – St. Petersburg Florida and an MBA in International Finance from American University Washington DC. Suleman is also the National Treasurer of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria.

Ali Joda

Is a business administration consultant with 18 years international experience, spanning three continents. Ali’s expertise is in project management, logistical process design, consulting and administration. He has over the last few years worked as a consultant with government and multi-national organizations. He has recently managed the design, development, deployment and support of telecommunications and IT infrastructure on a national level.

Ndidi Nnoli Edozien

She is a social entrepreneur and corporate sustainability and responsibility expert and Bottom of the Pyramid empowerment advocate. She is the founder and President of the Growing Foundation. Her status as a social entrepreneur has been by the Bertelsmann AG to whom she is affiliated as a Reinhard Mohn Fellow. Ndidi graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science earning a BSc in Economics.

Management Team

Abiodun S. Taiwo (Managing Director) is a seasoned finance and banking professional with over 22 years of extensive experience in the Nigerian banking sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education (Marketing) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Abiodun’s career has seen him rise through the ranks in some of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, including Eko International Bank (now Polaris Bank), Equity Bank, and Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank).

Lukman O. Folarin (Chief Technical Officer) is a skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management, computer engineering, and network administration.

With a B. Tech in Computer Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, he has accumulated over two decades of experience across various industries, including telecommunications, education, and consulting.

His expertise encompasses project management, software development, network design, and system administration. His previous roles include positions such as Interconnect Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, where he developed Java-based applications to automate billing operations and administered VoIP systems. He also held the position of Training Manager at AfriHUB Nigeria Ltd., where he led the training department, created courses, and lectured on IT subjects such as MCSE, CCNA, and Java.

Chinwendu Ifeoma Obiabaka (General Manager) is an accomplished business management and human resources professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and customer relations industries. With over 20 years of career experience, she has demonstrated expertise in business administration, employee relations, performance assessment, account reconciliation, and logistics management.

Her earlier experience as a Senior Customer Relations Officer with PHCN’s Autonomous Customer Relations Centre further honed her skills in handling customer inquiries, resolving billing errors, and managing customer satisfaction. Chinwendu holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Cooperative Economics and Management from the University of Nigeria and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, respectively.

Okagbue Chinedu Samuel (Head of Finance) is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience across various industries, including telecommunications, logistics, and manufacturing. He holds a BSc in Accounting from Lagos State University and an MSc in Finance from Lead City University, Ibadan. He is also a certified Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Throughout his career, Okagbue has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, project and investment appraisals, and financial reporting.

His previous roles include leadership positions at Odu’a Telecoms Limited, Concave Communications International, where he honed his skills in treasury operations, revenue assurance, and asset protection.
